RIP Don Cornelius. Seriously; skip to the 9-minute mark for some absolute TV magic. Soul Train was a Saturday staple for me, watching for Boyz II Men and Jodeci; fortunately, my cable company (in northern Maine) carried WGN.
Skip to the 9-minute mark for one of the warmest moments I’ve ever seen on television.
